RACINE (WKOW) -- A second suspect in the robbery of the Anchor Bank on Cottage Grove Rd. has been arrested.
Madison Police say 40-year-old Juan Plunkett was arrested by the Racine Police Department on a probation hold. Plunkett is the primary suspect in the October 7th robbery. Officials say the detective assigned to the case has been sent to Racine to talk with Plunkett.
Another suspect in the case, 25-year-old Walter Johnson was arrested last week on a probation hold. Police recommended Johnson be charged with Party To A Crime - Robbery.
