MADISON (WKOW) -- A play called "The Woman in Black" opens at the Bartell Theatre's Drury Stage.
Steve Noll from Madison College will be the director of the play. It's about a young lawyer who journeys to a small town to close out the estate of an old spinster woman. There he discovers the town holds a deadly secret, a mysterious Woman in Black, whose every appearance brings death. Now, trapped in the old house surround by water and fog, he must face the Woman - and pray he can survive her deadly secret.
It's based on the 1983 novel. The play runs until November 2 at the Bartell Theatre's Drury Stage at 113 East Mifflin Street in Madison. Tickets are $20 for adults.
