MADISON (WKOW) -- No charges were filed in the death of a skydiver from Belleville.
In July, jump instructor Paul Olsen and his client jumped from a plane, were blown off course by a storm and landed in lake Butte des Morts.
The client swam to safety, but Olsen drowned.
The owner of the skydiving company says he radioed the pilot to call off the jump, but the pilot says he didn't get the message until the jumpers left the plane.
A Winnebago County prosecutor says Olsen's death could have been prevented, but no one person was to blame.
