MADISON (WKOW) -- The Second Harvest Food Bank got big holiday boost Wednesday.
Morgan Stanley announced a $25,000 grant to expand Second Harvest's Foodshare Outreach initiatives which help families currently receiving money from the government to help pay for food.
Employees at Morgan Stanley also came out and helped prepare food for distribution.
"We can't do what we do without volunteers. Every day we have 60 to 70 volunteers here and, this isn't the first time they've been here. They've been here repeatedly and helping us out in many different ways so we're very very grateful for their time," says Dan Stein of Second Harvest.
The grant is part of Morgan Stanley's partnership with Feeding America.
The company has committed more than $13 million to help provide food to needy people across the country.
