Pizza Hut robbed in Madison


MADISON (WKOW) -- Police are investigating an armed robbery at the Pizza Hut on Mineral Point Road in Madison.  It happened just before 10 p.m. Sunday. 

According to officers, a black man, about 23-28 years old, entered the store at 7440 Mineral Point, pointed a gun at an employee and demanded money.

He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, baggy black pants, black shoes and had some type of black material wrapped around face.

Police say the suspect ran away from the store, after getting cash from the worker.  A MPD K9, Slim, tried to track down the robber.  The robber is still on the loose.
