JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- The Wisconsin State Patrol says there are no injuries after a semi hit a pick-up truck that had lost control on the interstate.
Investigators say both were going north on I-39/90 with the pick-up truck in front of the semi. The driver of the pick-up lost control, and the semi hit it. The semi then traveled over the median and into the southbound lanes, where it jack-knifed.
Troopers say the pick-up truck had extensive damage, but the driver was not hurt.
JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- A serious crash between a semi and pickup truck is snaring traffic on I-39 SB in Rock County.
It happened Monday morning around 6:45 a.m. There is no word on injuries yet, but damage to the truck is extensive.
The Wisconsin State Patrol says the crash is blocking inside lanes of traffic at the Avalon exit.
Traffic is expected to be impacted for two hours, as authorities clear the area and complete their investigation.
