Janesville man arrested for 4th OWI


JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- A Janesville man was arrested for a 4th offense OWI early Monday morning.

Deputies from the Rock County Sheriff's Office say 33-year-old Jason Biever was spotted driving his pick up truck in the median in the area of West STH 11 and West Avalon Road.

After stopping Biever, a deputy smelled an odor intoxicants coming from Biever's person and did field sobriety tests on Biever.  Biever failed those tests and was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI). 

Biever was taken to the Rock County Jail.  His blood alcohol level at the time of his arrest was .19.
