Hit-and-run driver slapped with multiple charges

MADISON (WKOW) -- A hit-and-run suspect allegedly hit two cars and fled the scene at high speeds Friday night.
The victims, who were struck near Raymond Rd. and Whitney Way, provided Madison police with a description of the vehicle and where it was headed.  Officers were then able to catch up with the car at the intersection of South Pleasant View Rd. and Junction Rd.
Madison police officers charged John Wilborn with two counts of felony bail jumping, possession of drug paraphernalia, hit and run to an attended vehicle, two counts of unsafe lane deviations, imprudent speeding, failing to stop at a stop sign, operating a vehicle on a suspended license, passing in a no passing zone, and driving without insurance.
