WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKOW) -- Two members of Wisconsin's Republican delegation in Congress seem at odds over a lawsuit one of them has filed.
Senator Ron Johnson's lawsuit challenges a provision of the Affordable Care Act that allows congressional members and their staffs to receive health benefits similar to other federal workers. Sen. Johnson calls this "special treatment for members of Congress and their staffs under Obamacare."
Republican Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner is calling Johnson's lawsuit "an unfortunate political stunt."
Johnson responded that he was disappointed by Sensenbrenner's disagreement with his lawsuit.
