BELOIT (WKOW) -- Wednesday afternoon, the City of Beloit Police and Fire Departments were called to a residence at Colley Road Trailer Park for the report of a domestic disturbance.
The investigation revealed a dispute between the two male residents of the home. The victim, 24-year-old Joshua Pope, suffered three knife lacerations to his arm. He was taken to Mercy Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Norman Bourgord, 51-years-old, was taken into custody without incident. Bourgord was arrested for attempted first degree intentional homicide, as well as having an outstanding extraditable drug offense warrant out of Alabama. He's being held in the Rock County Jail.
