12-inch water main breaks on W. Johnson St.


MADISON (WKOW) -- Water main troubles in Madison continued Thursday night.

A 12-inch water main broke at 210 West Johnson Street around 6 p.m.

The Madison Water Utility says the main was 103 years old.

As of 8:15 p.m., service had been restored to all but one address. At that time, the utility said repairs would still take several more hours.
