SUN PRAIRIE (WKOW) -- The man charged in the death of a young Sun Prairie boy will be in court on Monday.
Dakota Black is making his final pre-trial appearance after being charged with first degree reckless homicide. This is in connection with the death of Brayden Turnbill, 5, who authorities say died in October from blunt force trauma to the head. Turnbill was home alone with Black at the time.
Black, the boyfriend of Turnbill's mother, denies hurting the child; however, he says he is responsible for whatever happened when he was watching him.
