DODGEVILLE (WKOW) --Mary burke, the lone Democratic candidate for Governor, campaigned in Dodgeville on Wednesday.
After touring the Uplands Cheese factory, Burke talked with voters about the small business climate in Wisconsin.
She says Uplands Cheese is a perfect example of a local business taking advantage of the states strong agricultural roots, "Bringing together research from the university, equipment manufacturers we heard just from down in Darlington, all of those things can combine to create a very strong industry and one that we can grow jobs off of."
Burke says she will continue criss crossing Wisconsin over the coming weeks, introducing herself to the voters of Wisconsin.
