WASHINGTON (WKOW) -- Federal officials have filed a formal complaint against Walmart.
The National Labor Relations Board says the store illegally fired, disciplined or threatened more than 100 employees who went on strike in 14 states.
The employees were complaining about wages and working conditions.
Walmart has insisted its actions were legal and justified.
The complaint will now go before and administrative law judge..
If Walmart is found liable, it could be required to award workers back pay, reinstatement and reverse any disciplinary action.
