City of Madison wants sidewalks cleared by noon Friday

MADISON (WKOW) -- Thursday morning's snowfall ended well before midnight, so the city of Madison wants to remind residents that all public sidewalks must be cleared of snow and ice by noon Friday.

Ice that cannot be removed must be treated with salt or sand. A list of locations where people can pick up free sand provided by the city can be found here.
