MADISON (WKOW) -- The Madison man charged with sparking a threat at the state Capitol will receive mental health treatment from the state.
The Wisconsin State Journal reports Kvon Smith was found not guilty by mental disease or defect Friday.
A judge ordered the state to design a treatment plan for Smith.
He's been diagnosed with schizophrenia.
The 21-year-old was arrested last year after planning to use molotov cocktails at the Capitol before the State of the State address.
