JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- Janesville police say a concerned citizen called to report a reckless driver on Janesville's south side.
Officers found the suspect's vehicle on the 2100 block of South Walnut Street. Police say the driver made a u-turn in front of his residence and became stuck in a snow bank.
Officers could smell a strong odor of burnt marijuana emanating from the inside of the vehicle. The driver was identified as 52-year-old Leon Guenther of Janesville.
Guenther failed standardized field sobriety testing and was arrested for his 8th offense OWI. Additionally, Guenther was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
