BAYFIELD (WKOW) --- The Lake Superior ice caves are open for the first time in five years. The caves are on the Apostle Islands and are best seen by walking on the iced over water.
Tours include a mile walk on the frozen beach to the caves.
Outside the caves are cliffs covered in pillars of ice from frozen waterfalls.
Inside the cave needlelike icicles hang from the ceiling rocks.
