MADISON (WKOW) -- Wisconsin wineries are supporting a bill to allow minors to tour the establishment without parental supervision. Current law does not allow minors to tour a winery without a parent present.

Anna Maenner from the Wisconsin Winery Association says that the wineries would allow children to see how wine is made, although they wouldn't get to taste it.

According to Wisconsin Public Radio minor are allowed tours of breweries although no one under the age of 21 is allowed to sample the product.
