NEW YORK (WKOW) -- If you've grown accustomed to Super Bowl Sunday, you may want to prepare yourself for the possibility of change.
This year we have the first Super Bowl to be held in a open air stadium in a northern city.
It's set for Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey on Sunday, February 2. But there's a chance bad weather could make the game unplayable that day, so the NFL is having to plan ahead.
The league has a contingency plan in place that could move the game up to Friday, January 31 or slide it back to Monday, February 3.
