BISMARCK, ND (WKOW) -- Xcel Energy is lifting its appeal to customers in western Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota to regulate their use of natural gas.
The utility asked people to keep their homes at 60 degrees and limit their use of gas appliances after an explosion in Canada on Saturday knocked out three pipelines.
It says customers responded, and no one lost service.
