WEST BEND (WKOW) -- Family and friends will pay their respects today to 21-year-old Andrew Boldt, the West Bend native killed last week at Purdue University. The family will receive visitors from 3pm to 6:30p.m. at the Saint Frances Cabrini Church in West Bend. A funeral Mass will be held at 7p.m.
Purdue University is providing charter buses for students who want to attend the funeral. Those expected in attendance include Mitch Daniels, Purdue's President and a former Indiana governor.
Boldt was fatally shot and stabbed last week. A non-guilty plea was entered on behalf of 23-year-old Cody Cousins in connection with his death.
A scholarship fund is being set up in Boldt's memory.
