MADISON ( WKOW) -- Friday is National Wear Red Day.

You are encouraged to wear red to support the fight against heart disease.

The American Heart Association is celebrating Heart Month, to raise awareness about the number one killer of women.

Governor Scott Walker's executive residence will  also be lit up red.
