Sheboygan teen will stand trial for allegedly killing his father

SHEBOYGAN (WKOW) -- 17-year-old Dorian Torres will stand trial for allegedly killing his father. Torres has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide of his father Emilio Torres.

Autopsy results have showed that the 41-year-old Torres was struck in the head with a blunt object several times.

The Sheboygan Press Media reports that Judge Terence Bourke ruled Wednesday there was enough evidence to hold a trial.

Detective Joel Clark testified that officers found Dorian Torres watching television while his dad's body was hidden beneath a mattress inside a bedroom. The body was found wrapped in a rain fly to a tent, along with a comforter, blanket, shower curtain and both duct and packaging tape.

Police and prosecutors say the motive has yet to be determined.
