Snow delivery shuts down Capitol Square

MADISON (WKOW) -- The Capitol Square is closed this weekend for Madison's Winter Festival.

Dump trucks delivered more than 90 truckloads of snow to the square Friday night. Crews were busy preparing the area for the festival. The square will be used for a variety of winter activities, including ski and bike races, snow sculpting, and tubing.

The Capitol Square will be closed until 1:00 a.m. Monday.
