JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- A Janesville man was charged with his 4th OWI offense, which is considered a felony, on Friday.
According to Janesville Police, an officer was making a traffic stop when 62-year-old Rick L. Hesgerd admitted to drinking. Hesgerd failed all of the field sobriety tests. Department of Transportation records showed he had a revoked driving status and three previous OWI convictions.
Hesgerd was arrested and remains in custody until his court appearance.
