MADISON (WKOW) -- A Dane County Jail inmate who was declared AWOL on Thursday has been located Sunday morning.
According to the Dane County Sheriff's Office, 65-year-old Frank E. Ratcliff was released from Dane County Jail Public Safety Building Thursday morning to go to multiple appointments. He did not return at his scheduled time.
Officials say Ratcliff is serving 90 day Extended Supervision Sanction with work release privileges.
Officials released information that Ratcliff was located by Sheriff's Office detectives and returned to the jail three days after he went missing.
