PHOENIX (AP) -- Outfielder Ryan Braun has returned from suspension to a new position with the Milwaukee Brewers. It was the first day back for the 2011 NL MVP since being suspended for 65 games in 2013 for violating Major League Baseball's anti-drug agreement. Braun faced familiar questions and delivered familiar answers. He said he took responsibility. He's ready to move on. He's transitioning from left to right field this year. Braun is also looking to prove that he's over his thumb injury that hampered him last season, when he had nine home runs and 38 RBIs in 61 games -- both career lows. Manager Ron Roenicke says Braun will have to be ready for a negative reaction on the road, but that he's paid his penalty and made amends with the team.
