CHIPPEWA FALLS (WKOW) -- Police have more answers as to what happened to a man whose remains were found near railroad tracks in Chippewa Falls Sunday.
They say he is 41-year-old Donald Dreke and he may have gone onto one of the train cars as it was stopped, then later fell or jumped off. Investigators believe Dreke was hit and killed by the train, and say it was common for him to walk in that area because it was a few blocks from his home.
An employee of the Chippewa County Sheriff's office spotted clothing and body parts along the tracks Sunday.
Police say it looks like his death was an accident.
