Madison schools accepting applications for dual language immersion

MADISON (WKOW) -- The Madison Metropolitan School District invites families of incoming kindergartners to submit applications for the Dual Language Immersion (DLI) program for the 2014-2015 school year. Informational sessions will be held to explain the program

DLI offers academic instruction in both Spanish and English. Their goal is to make students fluent in both languages. 

The district will hold several informational sessions. Families can also learn more about the immersion program and fill out an application online at

The DLI program is open to all MMSD students. A list of schools offering the program and events they are holding are listed below. Applications are due by Friday, May 2.
