City of Madison: Clear public sidewalks by noon

Posted: Updated:

MADISON (WKOW) -- The City of Madison is asking residents to clear the sidewalks by noon Sunday.

The snow that has been falling since Friday and continued through Saturday should be cleared from all public sidewalks.  Residents should also help out neighbors who may be incapable of removing the snow themselves.

Any snow or ice that cannot be removed should have sand or salt to provide traction.  Find locations to pick up free sand here.
