MADISON (WKOW) -- UW-Madison students present their research at the state capitol Wednesday.
12 students shared their undergraduate work as part of the 11th annual "Posters in the Rotunda" event.
It gives students and advisors in the UW-System a chance to share their research findings with state legislators.
Linsday Shank from UW-Whitewater says, "To showcase the work that's being done in the UW-System and that we have a really high caliber of research and work being done throughout the system, not just at Whitewater but at all the schools."
Some students at the event hope to have their work showcased at the national convention for undergrad research next month in Lexington, Kentucky.
