Racine school reopens after fire

Posted: Updated:
RACINE (WKOW) -- A school in Racine damaged by a fire will reopen Tuesday.

Mitchell Middle School's gym and parts of the elementary school were damaged in the fire late last month.

But now the district superintendent says the school has been cleaned from top to bottom.

Middle school students will have longer days to make up for time lost.

Elementary students are finishing their year at another school.
