MOUNT CALVARY (WKOW) -- A student is accused of stealing money from a Fond du Lac County high school damaged by fire earlier this month.

The 15-year-old St. Lawrence Seminary High School student is now being held at a juvenile detention center.

Investigators with the Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Department say they learned of the stolen cash after the March 8th fire.  An undisclosed amount of money had been taken and the boy was found with a cash amount consistent with what was taken.

The cause of the fire is being called suspicious, but the teenager is not charged with setting it.  Investigation into the fire continues.

St. Joseph Hall, the oldest building on the campus of the historic Capuchin seminary high school in Mount Calvary was destroyed.  No one was reported injured.
