MADISON (WKOW) -- Four teenagers get the chance to perform with the Madison Symphony Orchestra.

Bobby Levinger, from La Crosse, is one of four finalists in the Bolz Young Competition. He's competing for a music scholarship and a chance to hold the title of Madison Symphony Orchestra's 2014 Young Artist.

The 18-year-old has been playing the piano for 11 years. He will perform a piece that's over 10 minutes long for the competition.

"I competed with it in January, then I didn't practice with it until two weeks ago," Levinger said.

Bobby is competing against two violinists and a percussionist. One of the violinists is David Cao, a student from Madison Memorial High School.

You can watch their performances on the Wisconsin Public Television network Wednesday at 7 p.m. You can also watch it on WPT's website.
