MUSKEGO (WKOW) --- Possible charges of sexual assault against Rep. Bill Kramer (R-Waukesha) have been referred to the Waukesha County District Attorney's Office.
The Waukesha County District Attorney's Office tells 27 News that they are reviewing the case from Muskego Police.
The charges referred by Muskego Police come just days after reports that Rep. Kramer would not seek re-election.
Kramer was stripped of his majority leader title in the state Assembly just weeks ago, after accusations of sexual harassment during a trip to Washington, D.C. for a fundraiser.
