MADISON (WKOW) -- Harassing a 24-year-old Madison woman for sex and then struggling with police lands one man in jail.
The intoxicated man, 51-year-old Todd Tantillo, offered the woman $5 for sexual favors as she made her way to an E. Washington gas station. The woman declined, but Tantillo continued to pursue her, even after she left the Capitol Petro Mart. He pushed the woman, closed her car door on her legs and placed his hands on her car hood to try and prevent her from leaving.
Police were called, but Tantillo fled, losing a foot chase. The victim was quite disturbed by Tantillo's behavior and the gas station would like him banned.
Tantillo was arrested for solicitation of prostitutes, resisting/obstructing and two counts of disorderly conduct.
