MADISON (WKOW) -- Polls are open for Election Day.
Voters will cast their ballots for municipal and school races. Several referendums are on the ballot, one of which in Dane County urges state lawmakers to legalize marijuana.
The polls will be open until 8:00 p.m. in Wisconsin.
The Government Accountability Board predicts voter turnout to be around 12 percent. By comparison, the election in April of last year drew 20 percent of eligible voters who decided statewide races for Supreme Court and state superintendent.
