Madison police respond to 3 burglaries overnight

MADISON (WKOW) -- The Madison Police Department responded to multiple burglaries Wednesday night. Officials there believe they may be related to a number of burglaries that happened around the same area last week.

Police were sent to a neighborhood East of McKenna Blvd. and North of Raymond Rd .Wednesday. They say the burglaries happened near Jacobs Way, Hammersly Rd. and Piping Rock Rd.

Police believe these burglaries could be related to similar crimes that occurred in the area last Tuesday. No one has been taken into custody in relation to either case.

Police say because the investigation is ongoing, information at the time is being limited.
