JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- Janesville Police arrest burglary suspects.

The incident happened about 6:00 p.m. on Friday on the 100 block of Linn Street in Janesville. A vehicle left prior to officers arriving at the scene. Police located a car and inside were Kyle Schyvinck and Jason McDonough. McDonough admitted to breaking into the house in order to steal money from the residents, Jedidiah Tiffany and Kelicha Johnston.

All suspects except Johnston, who was released with a court date, are being held at the Rock County Jail pending their court appearance.
Officers entered the residence to make sure no one was injured or remained in the residence. While they were inside they could smell the odor of marijuana. Marijuana was discovered in plain view along with drug paraphernalia. The residents, Jedidiah Tiffany and Kelicha Johnston, returned to the house while officers were there. They were detained while a search warrant was obtained and executed with assistance from the Street Crimes Unit.

Jedidiah Tiffany and Kelicha Johnston were later arrested on various drug charges.
