PRAIRIE DU SAC (WKOW) -- Wollersheim Winery released its second batch of its very popular brandy on Thursday.

The Prairie du Sac winery is encouraging brandy fans to try the "COQUARD Brandy" on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
The winery says its a 100% Wisconsin made, made with La Crosse and Saint Pepin Grapes.
It's distilled in a large copper pot and aged two years in Wisconsin oak barrels before its ready.
Phillippe Coquald, Co-Owner of the Wollersheim Winery says, "Based on the taste of the brandy we were able to select two barrels that were by far the best, we created what we call a phillipe toast which is a custom private toast made specifically for us."

Wollersheim says the law forbids them from shipping the brandy, so it must be purchased in person.
The winery is holding a big celebration on Saturday with demonstrations, tours and of course wine and brandy tasting.
