MADISON (WKOW) -- Local women will go head to head to tackle Alzheimer's disease this weekend in a powderpuff flag football game in Middleton.

The Alzheimer's Association's Blondes vs. Brunettes game is on Sunday at Middleton High School's football field. Kick-off is at 1 p.m.

The two teams of women will compete in a flag football game to help raise awareness and funds in the fight against Alzheimer's disease.

Tickets are $10. Children 5 and under get in free.

WKOW is a proud sponsor. Wake Up Wisconsin Weekend anchor Katie Priebe and 27 Sports' Jon Griffith will emcee the game.

There will be post game celebrations at Middleton Sport Bowl immediately following the game.
