MADISON (WKOW) -- The Madison Police Department has identified the officers involved in Friday's stabbing and officer-involved shooting on East Washington Avenue.

They are Sgt. David McClurg and Officer Carlin Becker. McClurg joined the police department in 1991. Officer Becker has been with the department since 2008.

Both officers are now on administrative leave while the state Division of Criminal Investigation looks into the officer-involved shooting aspect of this case.

Officers shot and killed 33-year-old Londrell Johnson on Friday after police say he stabbed three people, killing two of them. Those victims have been identified as 57-year-old Robin Grossman and her 34-year-old daughter Charity Grossman. Both are from Madison. Police say the person who survived the stabbing is a 20-year-old man, but they have not released his name.

The Madison Police Department is handling the investigation into the stabbing deaths.
