Posted: Updated:
ROCKFORD, IL (WKOW) -- The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is still trying to find a missing boy who was last seen in Wisconsin three years ago.

Timmothy Pitzen was 6 years old back in May of 2011.

Now investigators have released a picture of what he would look like today as a 9-year-old.

Pitzen was last seen with his mother at the Kalahari resort in Wisconsin Dells.

Investigators say the two then drove to Rockford, Illinois, where Pitzen's mother, Amy Fry-Pitzen, was found dead of an apparent suicide.

Anyone with information on Pitzen's disappearance should call the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-The-Lost.
