Brew Crew becomes work crew in Habitat build

Posted: Updated:
MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- Some members of the Milwaukee Brewers were swinging hammers instead of bats Wednesday at a Habitat for Humanity project.
Ryan Braun, Logan Schafer, Kyle Lohse, and Matt Garza put in some pre-game building before tonight's game against Pittsburgh at a home in Milwaukee's Washington Park neighborhood.

Also volunteering, Brewers manager Ron Roenicke, whose wife says the Brewers skipper is actually quite handy around the house.

The house is one of four being built this month as part of Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity's neighborhood revitalization initiative.
