STITZER (WKOW) -- A Muscatine, Iowa man is now in the Grant County Jail for driving while intoxicated.
The man, 33-year-old Justin Jones, failed to yield for an emergency vehicle with lights and siren operating. The sheriff's deputy had been called to the report of a fight, however, needed to stop Jones' vehicle.
The deputy determine Jones had been drinking and asked him to perform field sobriety tests. Jones was arrested for OWI-3rd with a passenger less than 16, which is a felony. Jones is being held in the Grant County Jail. He was also cited for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
Lancaster police assisted the Grant County Sheriff's Office.
