MADISON (WKOW) -- Governor Walker's democratic opponent campaigned in Madison on Wednesday.
After touring Quintessence Biosciences, Mary Burke touted her "Invest for Success" jobs plan.
She says her goal is to make Wisconsin a thriving, top ten economy.
Burke says, "One concern of mine is that under Governor Walker our new venture capital fund doesn't allow for investments in bio-tech industries. This is something that if we're going to grow Wisconsin's economy, we need to be able to provide the capital to start-ups that are going to grow jobs here in Wisconsin."
Burke also talked about the need for transportation and infrastructure projects, and said she wouldn't completely rule out toll roads as a way to fund them.
