UPDATE: (WKOW) The driver in a motorcycle crash Saturday in Green County will be charged for failure to keep vehicle under control.
VILLAGE OF ALBANY (WKOW) – Two people from Illinois were injured in a motorcycle crash in Green County Saturday.
Green County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Paul Weichbrod says Donald J. and Ashley A. Wilson, of Stillman Valley, Ill., were traveling northon County Highway F at Purintun Road when the driver, Donald J. Wilson, failed to negotiate a curve at about 11:09 a.m. Both were thrown from the motorcycle.
The driver, Donald J. Wilson, 28, was taken to UW Hospital by ambulance. The passenger, Ashley A. Wilson, 27, was taken to UW Hospital by Med Flight. Weichbrod says they suffered non-life threatening injuries. They weren’t wearing helmets, but were wearing eye protection.
