Hidden Cash found in Wisconsin

MILWAUKEE (WKOW) --  The national craze, 'Hidden Cash' is getting closer to Madison.
Hidden Cash is the Twitter feed that debuted a couple of weeks ago in San Francisco.

It arrived in the Milwaukee area on Tuesday morning.
Followers get clues to find envelopes of money that someone hides around town.
In Milwaukee, the clues had many people thinking: General Douglas MacArthur.
Both his statue at Veterans Memorial Park and his boyhood home were the scenes of searches for money.
"I thought so myself when I heard the hint because I run past here all the time and I knew he just moved here, so I was like, ok let me go bike down and see, but i don't know, I'll just keep looking," said follower Rylee Engum.

It turned out the clue actually referred to a different monument, not MacArthur's.
A person tweeted they found the money near the Delco Monument in Oak Creek.
No word on how much.
