Man arrested in Rock County for 4th OWI

VILLAGE OF FOOTVILLE (WKOW) -- Deputies arrested a Janesville man Sunday morning for his fourth drunken driving offense.

According to the Rock County Sheriff's Office, officials were sent to Edwards and Centre streets for a vehicle sitting in the intersection with a man slumped over the wheel at 5:28 a.m.. Deputies identified the man as Joshua C. Hoover, 34. They could smell intoxicants and asked Hoover to take a field sobriety test. 

After the tests, Hoover was arrested for a fourth OWI offense and taken to the Rock County Jail. Deputies also cited him for operating after revocation and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle
